Hey there! I’m Erin Berger, a licensed Texas real estate broker with a background in IT project management and business development.


I built this transaction coordination business with one goal in mind: to help busy real estate agents save time, stay compliant, and close more deals — without the stress that comes with managing every moving part of a file.

After years in both tech and real estate, I noticed a pattern — talented agents were spending more time tracking down signatures and chasing title updates than actually working with clients. That’s where my systems-driven background comes in. I bring the same precision I used in project management—clear communication, organized workflows, and proactive problem-solving—to every transaction I coordinate.
